SUBJECT: DISTRIBUTION OF 2025/2026 MEMBER TAX CERTIFICATES
We would like to inform you of a delay in the distribution of member tax certificates for the tax year ended 28 February 2026.
Please note that the tax file was successfully submitted to the South African Revenue Service (SARS) by the required deadline of 28 May 2026. However, a technical issue affected the generation and electronic distribution of individual tax certificates, resulting in a delay in issuing certificates to members.
The matter has been prioritised, and the team is actively working to resolve the issue. We currently anticipate completing the distribution of member tax certificates within the next week.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and assure you that every effort is being made to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
