I hereby as a member that has been in good standing with Hosmed since 1988 recommend a promotion for Juliet. The recommendation emanates from her excellent service for the know-how of handling issues professionally and efficaciously.
I had a serious problem with the continuation application of my medical aid since August 2024. A number of your officials requested a number of documents from me in order to work on my case, and documents were promptly submitted, and several promises were made to me that a feedback and a way forward would be provided to me as a matter of urgency.
It took Juliet a short space of time to give me the information that was vital to resolve my issue and furthermore, she made a recommendation that if I could pay the required amount in instalments, my medical aid for continuation could be approved.
Secondly, she assisted me with my 2022 medical tax certificate, whereby SARS indicated that based on the submitted 2022 medical tax certificate. It reflects that l had no dependents from March 2022 to October 2023 whereas whoever sent me the 2022 tax certificate was supposed to sent me 2 medical tax certificate instead of one. Juliet resolved that problem in less than an hour.
I strongly recommend her to be given a managerial position to oversee the other officials due to the fact that she resolved a problem that took approximately 6 months to resolve. Her professionalism is what is required for Sizwe Hosmed to perform properly.

I would like to show my appreciation for Donell's diligent and friendly assistance with regards to issues that I've experienced with claims sent to Sizwe Hosmed, by writing this letter. During the first half of 2024, he assisted me to sort out a non-payment to the Radiology department at Eugene Marais Hospital. He persevered until the payment was done to the hospital. This year, I have been battling to get a refund for two consultations at a psychologist. I submitted the claim on 26 February 2025 and thereafter phoned 5 times on different dates to find out about the progress. Everytime the answer is, he/she will escalate it. It is already 4 April and I still haven't yet received any refund. This morning, 4 Apr 2025, when I phoned, I got through to Donell, and once again, he professionally and with a very friendly, helpful attitude assisted me. He also asked me to contact him if the issue is not resolved by Wednesday next week. To work at a call centre must be very tough, but Donell has an attitude and tone in his voice that makes you feel heard, and he goes out of his way to assist.
