  • The assessment consists of 20 questions
  • To complete this assessment, a minimum of 18 questions must be correctly answered
  • There is no time limit within which to complete the assessment
  • Assessment needs to be completed in one sitting
  • For learning purposes, the candidate will receive an automated email indicating any questions unsuccessfully answered
  • A maximum of three (3) attempts are open to each candidate, thereafter refresher training is required before opening the assessment again
  • Upon successful completion of the assessment, the candidate may use the download tab provided to immediately download their certificate which will be emailed
  • The closing date for this quarter assessment is 31 March 2025
