Sizwe Hosmed's solvency ratio is the fourth highest among South Africa’s top ten open medical schemes.

We stand at the doorstep of history unfolding, watching as we step out of the old, into the new. We are now called by a new name - never to be referred to as our old individual names again. This new name is already etched into our minds and hearts so that when you - our members - call us, we respond to your needs with speed and agility.

We have a new logo, which will be our crest; to be worn as a badge of honour! We have new corporate colours that will paint the walls of your hospitals, doctors rooms and homes in all our territories and regions, to reflect the vibrance and passion of the new entity. We will operate as new - taking the best of all our practices, and weaving them tightly into the new tapestry that is Sizwe Hosmed.
